If these 2 monsters have the same pdif cap, it's 4. This puts that particular fafnir's damage at 160, and Gulool Ja Ja at 143.

Maybe I should resurrect my Divine Mithra Fury series of sigs. Heh.Originally Posted by Taj

Yeah, I've posted a screenie of him before, Johyo.
But he's Elvaan, to which Taj says "ew."
I'm having difficulty finding the SS because I have too many, but I should have a SS somewhere of Nidhogg hitting me on a level 1 char, I think the # was around 720 or something. Ryko might know where to find it >_>Originally Posted by aurik
Yeah nidhogg's hit me for 720 more than a couple of times with zerk up >_>
I hate SE and their fucking damage/DEF/VIT formulas. -_-
Nidhogg caps at 768 (non raged...)
Perhaps his base damage differs from spawn to spawn?
Well if it's true that Faf's level varies from spawn to spawn, it would make sense that Nid's level varies as well. And if hsi level varies, his Base D probably varies along with it.
Now that we have a way to calculate Base D for high level mobs, would be useful if we can get their attack also. Doesn't seem like it will be possible though since pDIF for normal and crit are apparently identical for enemies![]()
Err 776...this is as RNG with Zerk up if i remember right and i have seen this same number numerous times ( I Guess it coudl be higher)
This is during his 2 hour at low hp...
Also if Fafnir/Nidhogg level varied their exp would change.
THey are always level 90 afaik
A level 90 god gives 80 exp to full ally...a level 88 god gives 63, and its 70? for 89

Fafnir's level varies. Or used to vary at least. Dunno if they changed it or some shit.
Taj's List of Win:
(Please correct any mistakes)
-Entering Nyzul before release
-Entering HazhalmTesting Grounds
-Locking people's items into bazaars
-Force disconnecting other players
-Accessing Windurst debug NPCs
I wonder how large the list will grow.
Edit: Corrected.
Definitely a GameFAQs first.-Accessing inaccessible servers (does this count? I remember reading someone else had done this before him)
I don't think Atomos counts, someone did it before me. And it was Hazhalm Testing Grounds, not Navukgo. :lOriginally Posted by Metah
Edit: If you want to nitpick you could include the debug NPCs I posted in Windurst Woods that changed your Windurst Rank. That was pretty neat I guess.
Is not a mobs exp based off of its level? Fafnir is always 80 exp to full ally....so...i mean ive noticed "differences" in strength someitmes but exp always sameOriginally Posted by Genosync
Sorry Taj, I was going off memory.
Isn't there some sort of damage cap based on maximum HP? I'm not sure why I'm thinking there is, but I know I've heard that somewhere.
I don't think so, unless it's something way over your maximum HP.Originally Posted by Sykes
Edit: Unless you mean the mob's maximum HP, it just occurred to me you could be talking about either.
