The WP NPC is not active on Atamos. And even if it was you would have to select it from the world list, which you cannot do. The only way to get there is via editing and sending a packet to the server. If you're on atamos and SE decides to look[and they will after a certain point. I bet 5+ people and they WILL notice.] you will loose your account. It's really not worth it. The novelty will wear off really quick, and you will be without an account completely.

i guess SE didn't bother changing the client not to accept atomos server value, it's pretty strange if you're the only person ever on the server though - that would mean there's no characters for testing.

You're account? Yes. You're charter? No. Taj made a new charater and when selecting worlds he sent a packet to the server saying he chose Atamos. You can go on the other servers ie; Chocobo, Hydra, Khimaira, etc. But only on a new character.

Or you could solo lv to 30 and unlock Bst, I'm interted to know if there is a way to spawn items on comm things sneak oils and invis.
