2 People in my LS figured it out last night in an exp party.

Phryn is in my LS, he is one of the people that has it, and he had this to say about the club:

The number of times it attacks is determined by the number that is divisible by your level, and only works for even numbered levels. At level 70(on RDM) I was double attacking non-stop.

The sad thing is, a DRK72 with Kraken would still outdo a lot of other jobs on zerg fights. You'd just have to gear for more accuracy rather than HP.

Levels divisible by 4 = Occasionally attacks two to four times.

You're on the right track, I suck at math so this shit is kind of confusing to me, but I get the gist of it.

So far they've only confirmed this theory at lv64(8 hits) and 70(2 hits).

If you're level 74, the club will attack 2 times. 74 divided by 2 is 37, and cannot be divided by 2 any further into a whole number.

Level 72, however, can be divided by 8 into whole numbers. Thus it will attack 8 times.

Level 75, on the other hand, cannot be divided by 2 into a whole number so the club only attacks once.
