Yeah, as long as you don't do the reaction command with Roxas it's fairly easy to do a no dmg.. i'm probably gonna try it tonight.

Also, look at my vid Jim, see those moves I ran away from? (the one with Roxas in the air doing 2 spinning wheels with his keyblades)... that's what I was referring to earlier that was killing me, I finally realized how you know it's coming (he does his ultra-fast speed thingamagig x3 times and then just lashes it out on you automatically), so I just decided to use the wisdom's Quick Run to get away, which seemed to work pretty nicely.

It's very easy to mess up and die vs. Roxas though, gotta be extremely careful with guarding/reflecting and knowing when to quick run/glide away to gain some space between you and him.

TAKE OFF THE COMBO PLUS(es)

that way you can do a combo finisher, Roxas will sit on the ground for a second, then start. The second he preps, guard and if he doesn't start attacking immediately, then reflect immediately.

Watch that apalpu guys video of it to see what I mean.

edit: I guess he also does that move if you're far away from him when he finishes a combo, so yeah that's why you saw it.

edit2: Axel no damage: O, he's the best for farming Magic ups (imo)

edit3: 4x MP Haste (-25% each), MP Hastera (-50%), Hastega (-75%) = 15 second MP bar recharge time

w/ none of that = 50 second recharge time. Full Plume+ are the shit.

and wisdom form w/ all of that = 12 second recharge; with a 4th full plume I think it'd be 10 second recharge

Too bad Marluxia doesn't have like a power up lol.. he's so easy to farm it's ridiculous...

From now on every time i'm gonna try to kill an org member, i'll start with Marluxia for a warm-up battle lol.

As far as a combo plus, I WANTED IT so I could do more damage without having to do any finishers... the finishers seemed to trigger that attack more often, so I decided to cut them all out.

I also had berserk charge on, which is why I used Cure near the beginning, but I decided not to use it that often because the longer the combo was, the faster he seemed to break it and do that spinning attack on me (I believe he did it twice throughout the entire fight, but if he doesn't connect by the 2nd try he just stops... if he does connect though, he keeps going with the other 3, which usually kills you since he teleports right in your face and you don't have time to recover and do a reflect, even in the air, at that point since Roxas is so fucking quick.)

All in all I think my match was pretty solid... once I do some others and stop thinking about how annoying that battle was i'll probably go back to Roxas and try to do a no dmg run, which i'm sure I can do.

Now as for Axel... I tried him once last night for fun, but the fucking floor makes it really tough.

I also tried Saix right before I went to bed last night, and I got him down to his final 2 bars on my first try, but I just couldn't get a hold of his great sword (since they wait for you for about 2 seconds and disappear...), so I just gave up and shut the game off... I doubt he could kill me unless I let him though, glide just owns every move he does... even the one where he keeps hitting the ground extremely quickly, you just glide away and for the finisher of that combo of his you just fly off to the left...he's probably the next org. member i'm going to try and defeat... I don't think he's EASIER than Marluxia, but he's damn sure near there lol.

Axel's attacks all do huge damage to him and you can reflect most of them. Once you finish your combo (2 finishers and no combo plus), then go to the center if he jumps in the flames. You can guarantee his reaction command.

Also, Laxeaus is the best farming material ever. He telegraphs sooooo bad and you can reflect everything.

How do you get 4 MP Hastes though?

Did anyone get the limited edition KH2 FM+? In my opinion, it was worth the extra few bucks.

Full Plume + gives an additional MP haste (description says so).

Shade Archives give an additional MP rage (or in this version damage aspir)

what does the limited edition have?

I decided that, to beat the knight, not only would I pimp out Sora, but I'd pimp out Goofy and Donald too, but I'd have elixirs and they'd have mega potions.

I figure with that many cures, and a 10 second recharge timer on MP, I'll have a harder time losing.

yeah it was no limits/no drives. Now, it's just time to stat max (which for me means getting them to 165 base or so; that was the cap in NA KH2)

edit: which is faster; farming for power crystal materials (which means getting materials for serenity crystals AND mythril crystals), or killing Xemnas over and over?

I think farming would be safer and more reliable, but Xemnas may be faster

"Birth by Sleep"... iirc, both sora and roxas were asleep when they visited the station of serenity, maybe "birth by sleep" refers to the birth of a new keyblade wielder? Perhaps Xehanort, which might be the reason Xemnas goes to the room of sleep to talk to that "friend", maybe he's trying to gain access to the station of serenity in order to obtain a keyblade? And maybe that "friend" lies dormant in the station, which could be the-still unexplained-voice that talks to you while you're in the station both with Sora and with Roxas.

Just weird brainstorming, tell me if this makes any sense to you guys heh.
