You don't want it....gamefly it at best, and even then make sure you set it to jp VOs and english subs, because the english cast is just horrible.

Gameplay is fun for about 2 seconds, then it just becomes irritating.

It does have amazing graphics though...

Oblivion, Resistance, and Motorstorm is all I have for now.

Lair and Heavenly Sword are coming out soonish though... well, at least Lair is for sure.

If you really like RPGs though, you will sort of like Enchanted Arms, even though the story is just your average RPG story, nothing major. It will definitely keep you busy for a few weeks, but I don't think it's worth forking over 60 bucks for it since by the time you beat it, you will have no desire to play it again (at least that's how I felt with the 360 version, and it had online matches to play.)

Gamefly it and test it, with the JP VO's it really isn't that bad...just don't play it with the english acting, you will want to put a bullet in your head.

Depends on what you want to play but to say the PS3 has no good games is stupid. I have Resistance, Motostorm, VF5, and Elder Scroll IV these all great games. Honorable mentions are NBA Street Homecourt, Ridge Racrer 7, and Tekken 5 DR. All these games got a 8.0+ or higher all over the board so take your pick, all I know is i'm having a blast with the top 4. But as far Enchanted Arms goes I would say away, got horrible reviews on 360.

I beat Resistance, so I pretty much play Motorstorm and Oblivion heh, but I think it's fine until more games show up. I didn't pick up VF5 because I think i'll get bored with it too quickly, so i'll just wait for the price to eventually drop on that specific title.

Not ps3, but Rogue Galaxy is quite awesome so far. I caved in and got it after hearing Vegas get delayed for 40th time in two months.

Pretty much what Exo said, Enchanted Arms is torture. The gameplay is OK, the battle system is kind of Tactics-Ish, in that there is a grid that you move across to battle. But it is ungodly slow imo. And the voice acting is just absolute torture.

And the main char is a total moron.

Oh and you can just hit the Y button on the 360 version to speed the battles up heh, makes life a hellova lot easier, especially because the battles are pretty boring.

i will say to their credit, they did manage to make a gayer character than Vaan. The game is nothing spectacular, but its not the worst thing in the world

Well Enchanted Arms is currently only out ON the 360... so you have to compare it if you want to get an idea of what the PS3 version will look like.

Gundam Musou got ratings in and around 3/10 across the board, lol

Motorstorm is pure win for multiplayer fun.

Armored Core isn't bad, but not outstanding by any means.

If you haven't played Oblivion yet, and don't have an outstanding computer, it may be worth getting a PS3 for. But that arguement could just as easily be said for the 360 version, as it's apparently on par with PS3 for graphics. Only edge the PS3 version has is load times being much faster.

Motorstorm, Oblivion, Resistance and Virtua Fighter are arguably the 4 best games for the PS3 at the moment.

So if you enjoy those 4 games they arguably justify the purchase of a PS3. As the newest xbox with all the trinkets to match the ps3 is almost the same price now.

But Enchanted Arms for the PS3? You're gonna have to go with the XBOX guys' advice on it here.

tad off topic but, why are you still using that nextgenwar.com banner? in case you don't know yet, it's been revealed a couple months ago already that the owner uses a "prediction formula" to get those sales figures and not actually info released by any credible source

I have Virtua Fighter 5 for the PS3 and it's pretty much all I use my PS3 for, besides PS1 and PS2 games.

Thanks for the input on the game, I think I'll skip it til I decide to get into Gamefly
