POL error while logging on

Well ever since yesterday I've been trying to log on FFXI on my ps2 and I keep getting Error coeOL-0020 saying the DNS server is not responding when it's at the Checking PlayOnline Viewer version screen of logging in. I've already tried rehooking up my router and modem, dusting out my ps2, and checking my files on the first view page and nothing was corrupted. Any idea what's wrong?

ive had this happen to me on my pc a few times out of no where i just cant connect to pol for a week or 2 then it magicly fixes itself lol

i always checked everything router firewalls all that and it was just pol that i wasent able to connect to each time

i upgraded to vista and hasent happened since

unless someone eles has a better idea just do what i did wait and see what happens after a week or 2

o and i had more then 1 comp to play on i called GM from anouther comp pol worked on and GM told me to check my router and all the shit i had alrdy done other then telling u to try shit agen he had no clue what was cuasing it or how to fix it

Ah ok that's what I was thinking of doing thanks for the info. ^^ Hopefully it fixes itself before saturday afternoon or I might miss my chance to get haidate T.T

You sure it will just restore itself? it has yet to show any signs of wanting to let me on in the near future...

it fixed itself for me but iam on pc idk if it makes a diff or not
