It's 2009 and sky still sucks and no one who has gotten what they need out of sky wants to go to sky. Ever. Farming sucks, gods suck, DM sucks, Kirin sucks. Sky sucks.

I had plenty of friends but when you ask people to go to sky, 9/10 the response you're gonna get is "Naw man, sky sucks."

For a lot of people, making 4-5m is a lot easier than farming up triggers and gathering up people to successfully kill Byakko and get the drop. When my linkshell was active in Sky, one of our members was up for Haidate, but took like 7 kills to have it drop. It's nice to know there are a few people here who actually realize that Haidate isn't as easy as "just get some friends to help farm and pop for you".

If you have the gil, make it rain on sky shells to get you your stuff. It's a waiting game though. It's rare to have a shell that sells sky abjurations, at least on Ifrit. There's a huge void for Merc services. Every shell I ask either aren't selling because their members still need stuff or only do sky once every three months and thats your only chance.

For the 3 mil that Haubergeon +1 costs, I could go ahead and upgrade a other pieces and be better off than having +1 STR / DEX and 2 Attack and Accuracy.

As for tomoe, I've been trying, can't help that my luck sucks.
