I believe he said something related to "hoes" and the media+the people are bashing him for his "racist comment" ....oh these things arent funny, they are racist, but when an arab is offended about a racist comment he's being labeled narrow-minded. please, get the fuck out.

To be honest, it pisses me off when i read racist remarks or comments too, but i learned its useless fighting over the internet, or demanding anything....this is the "ENTERNETZ", i just have to take it. If its a real life issue, then that is a different case. The remark, like many said, is somewhat true, there are UAE players that buy gil, but it just so happen to be that Sisteforsok is in the same server as BG and BG owns one of the most popular NA forums in FFXI. Also, like others also mentioned, the a huge number of NAs that say "oh RMT scum bags" would probably sell their character when they quit....hypocrites? one thing almost all the UAE members dont do though. we dont sell characters, we just either delete, give a friend (or get banned LOL)

Whats funny is that the people who are complaining so much about the comments from Mel Gibson and what Imus said are largely from the media. In America it seems that people love to tear people down at a moment of weakness (Gibson) and with people like Imus, well he's just a douchebag and should get off the air. Not because of his recent comments, but because the guy sucks. If Howard Stern said something like that (Which has has in the past), he would sure as hell not back down like Imus did to Al Sharpton, who has been caught on videotape selling cocaine to people in the late 70's. How quickly the public forgets. The beauty of it is though is that the media in America actually can say what they want about pretty much anything, and not end up in a prison somewhere being burnt with a blowtorch.

As far as the whole "race" thing goes, it'd be good to remind people that there are only three in the world; Caucasoid, Negroid and Mongoloid. There is no Jewish, Christian, or Muslim race: they are all religions and do not pertain in any way shape or form as to the region of the world that their respective type inhabits.

At the end of the day, I think that Septimus' post wasn't some hidden hate message trying to get all those who read the forums to had people from the Middle east, it was more just a jab at a problem that his server is experiencing. If people would just realize that and be able to differentiate between someone making a joke and someone obviously trying to send a message of hate about a group of people, the whole world would be a lot better off.
