The UAE shell on our server (before they left to hades) were called AfoofA, All for one, One for All. In about 2 days the interpretation of that name changed to Abjurations for Oil, Oil for Abjurations.

I still chuckle at it.

The UAE basically fully disappeared from fairy when they all went to Hades, with only like 2 or 3 staying. Ironically enough one of the only ones that did stay ended up getting one of fairy's 8 D rings >_>

Normally id agree if this was some random guy, but Royze has been here for awhile and has done a lot of good things for the forum, he never really speaks out about something unless he feels its necessary. I don't know any UAE shell in Kujata, but I did know UAE guild in Ragnarok Online (iRO Loki). No one knew a single legit person from there (botting, getting zeny out of nowhere etc).

Are most of players from UAE legit? Possibly. Is there higher % of player unlegit (especially the ones that are open about it) than when compared to, let's say, USA/UK/JP? Almost certainly.

If you don't want to be affilated being linkshell that accepts RMTs, then kick out people that are RMTs. Simple as that. Sure, it won't change opinion about the country, but it is a start.

I feel slightly obligated to say something in this thread. Coming from an Arab nation in the middle east this thread is absolutely retarded. Kids in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi and Oman are usually very spoiled (the ones closer to the higher class), especially the ones you meet in this game. Plus the whole playing Islam card? Get real, its a joke, as far as I can remember we do laugh in the middle east.

Theres only 1 UAE player I respect on Bismarck(Bomber...why do I find irony in that name 0.o), he still plays. The rest of the cheating bastards got bansticked. Worked out nicely.

I'm tired of all this verbal diarrhea so I'm just going to say a few things.

First, although it has been so many times in this thread, I can't reiterate enough: It's a god damn joke. People take stabs at all races through jokes these days and people need to learn to lighten up. If I took every jab at Muslims in jokes seriously, I'd have no more hair left (and probably no scalp) but I don't take them seriously and I find it fine.

Second, for all you jabronis that claim that there is a dramatic irony surrounding BG about this whole situation of quitting for WoW and selling their characters to Siste, get it through your thick skulls that, when people quit, we don't encourage them to go sell their accounts to sist. They do it on their own accord. Many other Bahamut LSes have had quitting members sell their characters to Siste.
