and ironically enough if you put yourself in debt you can get kicked out of the military, which you are then faced with a 2 way decision, cause I am not aware of to many judges that would award full custody to someone who has no job, and no money....so yea...going in debt is not exactly the best solution....or any for that matter. I want to see my son, but I wont be living in a cardboard box during visitation while I am doing it. Of course a kid would say different, what do they have to worry about?

Lance, you’ve really pissed me off now. Oh, Osiris admins – remember when Lance said he knew nothing about the Artifact situation at the beginning? Wrong. I talked to him every step of the way; he even had me approve this post he made about it which I’m sure will look familiar to you. I’ll bold the blatant lies.

“Well, I learned some things tonight regarding the issue at hand. Allow me to share with each of you. If you remember when Darkark lotted Isis's first pair of Assassin Armlets, you'll remember that he decided to delete his account the following day. Non-rare/ex LS items on Darkark were: Kirin Osode, Strider Boots, and Dragon Harness. To keep these items from being lost to deletion, Xerxes asked Darkark for his account information. I can attest that Darkark told Xerxes to "do whatever you want with my account." Xerxes took the three LS items, and I guess Darkark's account is deleted now because he still does not play.

The Kirin Osode from Darkark was given to Shabale who still has it. Xerxes wanted to return the Dragon Harness and Strider Boots to Postal. However, he was told to wait because we didn't know what to do about them. So he held on to them (this was a mistake).

Artifact comes along later and tells Xerxes that "she" wished she had this and that, and had no gil. To help Artifact, Xerxes gave those two items. Artifact sold them. The gil was used for a Arhat's Gi +1, and several Haubergeon synths looking for a HQ. However, the HQ didn't come, alot of gil was wasted here. Artifact even asked *me* for gil so they could try a few synths (luckily i said no because I didn't know Artifact well). Some of the gil was also used to level Artifact's smithing. I remember Artifact bitching in LS chat about leveling Smithing also, so I know this is true.

At some point, Goddess let Artifact borrow a Scorpion Harness. Artifact starts to sell a bunch of his old gear. He buys the Blessed Mitts+1 that Xerxes crafted in Dynamis-Bastok for 10mil. After getting the Mitts, he starts to re-sell them for 12-13mil.

Artifact comes to Goddess about "coming out of the closet after acting like a girl for so long." Goddess tips off Xerxes as to what is about to happen. After being deceived for so long, Xerxes was pretty pissed off. He logged on Artifact's account, (he readily gave it to almost anyone...Gradius had info, he even tossed it to me, I didn't even ask him for it), and took back Goddess' Scorpion Harness, and the Haubergeon +1 that was crafted as a product of the Strider Boots + Dragon Harness, and also any leftover gil (2M from a KS40 split). Xer dropped Artifact's Osiris pearl.

I told Xer to return the stuff to Artifact to fix the situation. Xerxes gave all the items to Goddess (except the Scorpion Harness). Goddess gave them back to Xerxes (wtf), and after the fight we all witnessed Xerxes returned ALL the items back to Artifact(including 3.5M), EXCEPT the Blessed Mitts +1.

Most of the drama we know about came from the fact that the Mitts were not returned. This is one reason why Cougar was so involved in this matter. Apparently he is friends with Artifact and I don't blame anyone for standing up for their friend. So that's the story I know now.

Now about me:
I've heard that some people said I was covering this up for Xerxes. Honestly, if you want to think that, whatever. What Artifact did...was severely fucked up. I learned what Xerxes did tonight, was also very fucked up. This is no defense of Xerxes, nor is it a defense of Artifact. This situation had nothing to do with me until I was brought into it when I learned about LS items. Tonight (Nov 3rd), Xerxes will be returning the value, in gil, of the two items that were originally sold, (15M). I've heard several stories such as "Xer sold LS item to fund Clothcraft." This is just absurd. This did not happen, so stop with that shit now. Everything I posted here is what happened. Xerxes had more than enough gil to level his own Clothcraft. I have his account info and I would know if he did or didn't.

About Artifact's removal from the Linkshell:
Artifact was a pretty poor trial member to be honest. Artifact told me he didn't wish to lot any item and just wanted to hang out with Osiris because he wanted friends. So I prolonged his trial longer. However, alot of people saw when we did sky several times, he always asked to lot items, or he would leave mid-event, or not even come to begin with. Several Tiamats..."I'm on my way..." and he would never show up. The kick was coming regardless.

I will speak to Sacks about a suitable punishment for Xer. Even if he didn't directly sell the LS items, he still made a very big mistake. I don't think removal from the LS is the answer. He does too much for Osiris, and really cares about the LS.

I never harmed a single person’s account, still have access to Konchuu even although he’s quitting and RMTing his shit too – Can ask him about it if you want. Your proof that I wanted to fuck people’s accounts over rested with Patsy saying that I pushed her to give me her account access? That makes no sense given that I already had access to all these other accounts, why would I want to just fuck Patsy’s over? Because I didn’t, I was quite sincere. The whole story is this - had my RL friend bazaar those things overnight, I logged onto his account in the morning and got a /tell about Novio from Iris. He offered some stuff and I listened. I still hadn't removed the stuff from bazaar as I was still deciding what I wanted to do. About 10-20 minutes later, Zefy walks up and buys novio from the bazaar. I didn't feel right when it had sold and doctored the story at first to make it seem a little better as I was feeling regretful at what I had done and wanted to find the happy medium even if it meant giving the 80M back to the LS. Anyway, like I said, went away and came back to that crap and decided to sell the Novio gil and gaiters (and eventually gaiters gil when they sold) to piss off Osiris because of all that shit from Portis and the replies in that topic. I'm human, I make mistakes and I always pay for them and I do regret initially selling them but I was really surprised when he bought it and immediately asked to buy it back.
