Only gear swap I saw was changing to a Dark Staff about half way through. It looked like he also had one macro that casted Para, Slow, and Blind all together. I'm surprised Para proc'd at all.

3 that I've found since yesterday. Paladin made of VIT fail, DRK made of "I have a plastron but the rest of my gear is fail", and a Taru SAM using Domaru and RSE Sachet. All doing Campaign... probably can't get parties or something.
