Hate to say it, but there's something bugged in the Dmg Calc for Relic GK. Kaiten does pretty close to jack on high def mobs... While I wouldn't pass up the Base damage or +20 accuracy on the relic, I could easily rationalize using a Hagun... Can't wait 'til SE "Revisits" relic weapons...

Agreed. I've seen Kaiten pretty much average craptacular damage on Tiamat, Fafhogg, etc. Not very impressed with it on HNMs.

Honestly you're being too fucking picky. His gear is anything but shitty. It's solid and honestly is a very nice build for exping at his level. Seriously there is a line between being confused and a fine line between being nitpicky as fuck.

the point is his store tp is capped with rajas alone (if i understand what he is saying correctly, my sam is only 53 >.>; so the store tp pants are wasted slot, simple enough mistake tho if u havent read articles on store tp, thankfully my sam friend told me not to bother with those pants since i do have a rajas

I would hope that's the case, but even so, it doesn't make up for the Phalanx ring at all.

Had this guy in a party I was in yesterday and it was absolutely awful. Wore this gear the entire time, popped a Gateau Aux Fraites at the very beginning before anyone else was able to eat any (yes...AoE food) and was meant to be our tank (was against it from the start, but before I actually saw the guy's gear I was vaguely optimistic) though he couldn't keep shadows up or voke very often at all, not to mention his best Rampage on a debuffed Defoliator was only around 200. After two or three fights, myself, the Dancer, and the Scholar left, and apparently the party disbanded, as I caught this picture a few minutes after while waiting for Besieged.

Lately I have been seeing people mostly older faces with ridills and appalling gear. First, I thought maybe just hit 70 waiting for 75 for other gear. Hmm but alas I check them and see nq gear. I'll start taking pics for a good laugh, but have been in a state of shock usually when I see them. Maybe I am confused or they are gimp.

You guys can't talk. Dexster with his Gjallahorn and never on BRDness. Good to see he makes equal good use of his D.Ring too.

Odd, the only time Dex isn't on BRD for is Dynamis and some events when we burn thing. Do a /sea all once in a while and see what job he uses.

On the subject of his Dring, when he got his Dring, he was on PLD as much as I was on NIN back in our old LS. But, look at it this way, if Dexster was on BRD, I'm pretty sure he'd be using his Ghorn.

Kabuto, AF body, relic hands, warwolf belt, creek m clomps mixed in with a TP setup.
