Nothing wrong with shikaree/jaeger if you're gearing on a budget, in my opinion. It's only a 3 accuracy loss over two snipers. NQ amemet is pretty cheap, but hey, at least it's got the stats you want. Sounds like you're just describing an "NQ" player, rather than slightly gimp, confused, or wtf.

why would a 2 hander ever wear a shikaree ring? HQ first tier ring gives just as much acc as that (unless you're striving for racc, but not subbing rng, i doubt that very much.) am i missing something or is this guy just that dense?

He's just that dense

He could get NQ lvl 54 dex ring and get more acc than that. That's if he knows 1 dex = 1 acc even after all the talk about it
