I will try the dolch again, i have used it before and i get ws that range from good to bad so i went with harpe.
As for chiv chain vs p charm - 3 str is worth more then 5 acc if you have enough acc. specially fighting greater colibri. /w a brd.

I use meat, i dont miss because i have a brd in pt and have acc in all my gear. And this gear set up on birds out parsed 2 other wars - non ridill.

How? I mean, either you're in an endgame shell with payouts (there's your HQ staff right there), or you're not. But you're BLM, which means you can solo random jank (I don't recommend light clusters, but if you must...) or team up for a KS or something.
