Level 24, this isn't a gear gripe, didn't even get that far.

24 rdm. Knew it was gonna be bad when I saw sword and not wand. Runs in starts meleeing. Casts dia. I'm thinkging ok, hes meleeing least hes debuffing. Then he casts aero...and fire.

Next mob: dia, water, fire.

Several mobs i ask for blind, para, slow...this is what he says.

As a reference, Slow is 3k and Paralyze is 200 gil on Midgar.
