NIN in my merit party today.

Thats an eva torque, 3/5 AF, x2Coral, x2ruby. This was his full time gear.
Edit: I forgot, he would sometimes switch to a SH.

There is actually a bit of story behind this one. This is a NIN that asked me about the perdu blade latent effect other day. And from then he's been asking me alot of questions and advice about NIN. My advice to him has been to gear for DD in merit setups, as he has to contend with the other DD in the party. He's actually low on gil, but is saving to buy a Hauby soon, and get rid of the EVA torque in place of a Chiv Chain, and selling his SH to get some Fuma Boots.

Though I was a bit baffled as to how or why he'd be ignorant of these things at 75 (but i put aside my suspicions to help someone asking honestly). With all the Qs he's asked, I can tell he's genuinely trying to improve himself. He now has the info and advice I gave, just working toward changing his gear now after some selling/buying. So yea, I'd say he's a bit confused... though getting better and I think will be alot better/knowledgeable in a month or two.

I dunno Cap, that's a Tungi and a Pick of Trials which I saw him using in exp earlier. Though shield is bad, at least the other guy has somewhat better stats on his +1 AF. Maybe more gimp, but less stupid?
