i had the same problem once before.. you have to edit something that lies deep within one of your windows folders i think. i believe it was a host file.. i would try to dig around for it but i only have access to a mac.

what made it hard was i had to find an alternate search engine to look up the solution.. i think i used yahoo.. forgot what i went through to find the reason though.
