if i cast flash, im already standing at 20.5 im not running back? LOL to cast that

banish... i casted 23dmg banish 3 on leviathan (i think the resist, but still) last night and that made me never wanted to cast it again ((((((((( (i like banish1 better anyway)

i've never seen combat use of warp2, but tractor being casted by whms at 20.5 and blms at 21.5 doesnt change
