sunny side up, cooked so the white isnt runny and the yolk is still yolky. i put slices of velveeta on top of the white and some against the edge of the pan so it gets a little crispy. put salt on top and dip bread into the yolk.. mm mm.
Scrambled with a toasted bagel. Yum.
This is just werid man. I got addicted to this crap when I was a kid. Some guy used to cook deer with it (I used to hunt religiously). Then I tried it on steak, and pastas, and pizza and eggs and... everything. I dump this on everything now and love it.Originally Posted by Saga
Same here, but when I do eat them, I like mine sunny side up with a bit of seasoned salt.Originally Posted by Kinto
Omelette. :3
3-4 eggs, little milk for easier fluffiness for a noob, and pepper as only spice.
Beat that mix, fry it in pan, pretty simple. Only weird thing I do is constantly lifting the edges and letting runny egg flow under it to fry too. I hate it when my omelettes get brown on the bottom and taste a bit burnt. My omelette's usually end up a tad bit runny from this.
Then i put it on bread rolls (not sure, but they looked like what we call pistolets here, fistsized crispy breads, usually eaten on sundays).
Hmmm~
Sometimes add in ham, bacon bits, tomatoes, cheese, depends how much time i want to take to make my breakfast. :3
It really depends.
My favorite is over easy. If I'm preparing a full breakfast on a plate, thats how I do it.
If i'm making an egg/cheese sandwich, I do over medium, erring on the side of over well if there is any doubt, because i don't want yolk gushing out while i'm eatting a sandwich.
I like scrambled also, because you can add sour cream or half and half, and other things to change the flavor/consistency that is more incorporated than say, an omelet.
Poached is a lot healthier but I think fried eggs are so much tastier. I'm a bit of a snob, I consider sunny side up as someone who lacks the skill to do over easy.
I almost always put tabasco on my eggs.
Scrambled with Bacon Bits and Alpine Seasoning. Not sure if any of you know about Alpine but damn its good, I put it on almost everything. It's made by a company here in MT. Last time I checked it wasn't spread too far. My sister constantly asks us to send her some in New York.
Egg salad is my favorite way to eat eggs. 2-3 different types of onions, celery, mayo, salt, pepper, bacon, and horseradish. LOTS of horseradish >_>. In between two slices of pumpernickel and I'm good.
YES Bread into yolk = win. I was wondering if I'd see this as I reached the end of the page. Kudos to you, 5 magus points for eating, my styleOriginally Posted by Matricide

I don't like eggs.
Sunnyside up with a dash of pepper. Cut the white from around the yolk (treating it like mini-surgery) and eat that first. Then pop the yolk into my mouth in a single go.
I like to crack an egg into my ramen, but one thing I do differently sometimes is to beat the egg and drizzle it into the boiling water, so you get something like egg flower soup in consistency. Kind of hard to get it right, at least for me.
Deviled.
The only other way is with a lot of other crap, ex: cheese, peppers, ham, bacon, most other stuff that goes decent with eggs. I don't eat them often though.
by "eggs" you meant "balls" right?
I like my eggs just barely cooked around a breaded, deep fried pork cutlet that's simmered in sauce while it cooks the egg, then drizzled with said sauce over a bowl of shining white rice:

Seriously, this is the best dish with eggs ever.
failing that I just make a straight french omelette, no filling, runny insides with some ketchup and thinly sliced toast.
I like my eggs in what my immediate family refers to as a "hole-in-one".
Take a piece of bread and cut a 1x1 inch-ish square in the center. Butter one side and put the other side down in a pan with butter as if you were making grilled cheese. Crack an egg onto the center of the piece and let it cook for a bit. Once it is stable enough flip it onto its other side. Cook until its toasty.
It's a divine super toast-egg being of epic yum.
Then I ritualistically disect it and eat it... it is quite neurotic, and delicous.
We call that an egg-in-a-frame, found that in a children's cookbook i used to have long time ago lol.Originally Posted by Meriandle
I also like eggs over easy between 2 pieces of toast with cream cheese and a slice of ham or some bacon.
damn those arteries! both sides or bust!Originally Posted by Meriandle
lol those are pretty good but i forget what i used to call them
I eat eggs alll kinds of ways, way too many to list (my family all looooves to cook heh), and yet out of all of them I'd have to say my favorite is still in a Denny's "Moons over my hammy" sandwich.
Also I looooove chopped boiled eggs on my salads.
I blame this thread and the internet as a whole for making me stay up all night, just to make an omelette for breakfast. D:
Now for a productive day!
