How do you eat your eggs?

Its nothing out of the box :\ just normal eggs on buttered toast with red raspberry jelly on it

Preffered choice: Sunny side up, salt/pepper/hot sauce, good piece of thick toast to mop up the lovely yellow goo.

A well done omellette or a skillet with a couple eggs on top rocks too.

You know this kind of question could start wars....

Anyways I used to eat whats called Basturma (sp?) and eggs.

Basically Basturma is a middleastern way of curring beef and you cook strips of it in the scrambled eggs.

Sadly since being in cali I haven't founda middleeastern store where I can buy it. :/

I prefer the "Hobo" egg sandwich, as it's called in NY (I have one of these every morning).


Fried Egg, American Cheese, Homefries, Ham on a roll. I put mine into a whole wheat wrap instead, and dip it in Hot Sauce :D

Hahaha we call those Hobowichs where I live.

When I'm making eggs myself though, I usually make a batch of hashbrowns and scramble the eggs right into the hashbrowns.

That sounds fucking good.

Now that we're talking about breakfast sandwiches...

In my hometown, New Fairfield, there was one deli and it was called Lou's Deli. They have 99 cent breakfast sandwiches that made me orgasm.

Hard Roll + Butter(key ingredient) + Cheese melted down to almost a liquid + Ham, Bacon or Sausage + Fried Egg... God I miss my quaint little hometown on the East coast

Man thanks to this thread I was cooking eggs at 2:30AM while camping Western Shadow. I went with over easy since I haven't made eggs that way in so long and after seeing Senoska's pics.

First egg I tried to do that shit where you flip the eggs my jerking the pan up and I ended up covering the back of my stove with yolk. >.> I guess I've been watching too much Iron Chef.

Second and third eggs I reverted to using a spatula.
