If I'm not mistaken... the parody is of commercials for that anime shop, or something like that.

I watched all 10 episodes today. Show isn't bad, but it's not constant either. Some scene are awesome , while other have overused joke or really weak punch line. I understand some might be puns I don't get or obscure references, but I doubt it's the case for all of them. Lucky chanel segment add a few bonus point for being awesome...kinda wish it would last longer.
Either way, I guess I would put this anime in my "must watch" list, for being original, both on the content and artistic side (animation isn't that great 99% of the time, but I love the pastel color/character design).

That said, anyone has a link where they list Lucky Star obscure anime reference? Would be interesting to read.
