Cerberus: Resist stun or no?

never seen Stun resist except on 1 or 2 extremely rare occassions.

I can't say for sure, I've never fought him. But I guess you're right, he doesn't seem to BUILD a resistance to Stun, if you're lacking the necessary magic skill to backup your stun he will resist.
