Then .5 recast reduction is not high enough to show a difference on a 60 sec recast spell. When I got the Rostrum pumps I tested Reraise recast with both equipped, and both times it was the same recast. Regardless of the actual %, both pumps are of equal use for recast reduction at least on a non-weakened WHM since that is the longest recast spell we get.
