Its ok, nothing great. It has some good moments, but overall its pretty bland.

Philanthropy subs released the first 2 eps of dokuro chan 2nd. hopefully they got their hands on the DVD version.

edit: BAH they said it on the top left, this version is based on the TV version, they'll release the dvd version later for our enjoyment.

nope, it is not the ova. Just the novel, and vol 1 and 2 will release in this 26th september.

And gundam 00 will on air in october.
