Just watched the Clannad extra episode with Tomoyo route - it's too short They had to cut a few minor things from the game, but overall it was very well done!

Those people who liked the Fuuko ending and Kotomi ending in the anime will probably cry again

Wouldnt say it's obvious, but there is definitively something similar going on with them. VV seem to think she betrayed them considering his reaction.

Just watched Blade of the Immortal, I have to say I like it but I'm a sucker for anime like that. Never read the manga, and I'd prefer nothing spoiled, but has anyone read it and have an opinion on it?

I was about to post the exact same thing. This episode was really good, but Zashiki-Warashi need more love. She was always my favorite character. D: At least, this episode made Himawari character much better for me. She went from an annoying and useless character to one I like.

Now, if only they could sub the rest soon... this show is awesome, and waiting 2 months for 1 episode suck.

Watched ZnT 02 as well. Siesta seriously need to go away. This love triangle is getting nowhere after two seasons, and her character had no progress or interesting scenes in a long time. This episode was okay, but the first episode was better imo. Too many stupid boobies joke. I dont mind one occasionally, but wasting 5min on it was kinda lame.

I started Dennou coil (watched episode 2-5), and it was pretty good. I love animes that manage to tell a story without resorting to overused cliché. Animation is really good, and the setting is original and interesting so far.

Only thing that piss me off so far is the dog. I like animal in real life, but I can't remember the last time I wasn't annoyed by a mascot like this one. I just wish it would die

Dennou Coil is pretty fucking good. I can't really explain shows very well so someone else probably will, but watch it. It's really worth it. Great art, great animation, great concept, great music, atmosphere and characters.

I always feel like a jerk when I link someone to the wiki instead of giving an answer, but if you want to know about the setting, it's usually the best place

I can't really compare it to any other popular anime series. It's closer to those high budget animation movies that come out every year or two, aimed at a large public, instead of your typical anime fan. It's really refreshing to watch something like this.

What make this anime really good for me is the concept, and how well it's executed with the animation/art. I would probably enjoy it even if there was no story or character (ok, maybe not...but you get the point >_>). Can't really comment about the story yet, but I'm sure it will be at least decent.

Story gets pretty weird near the end, but honestly the closest thing I can relate it to is .hack. And that is pretty much a stretch.

The "hacking" and "virtual reality" theme might be similar, but the way it's played is still completly different.

So far, the closest thing I could compare it to is a movie like Paprika. Both have nice visual, more realistic character, and a weird sci-fi plot in a close future.

I loved this episode (though that could be because it's been a long time since) and it was great seeing Himawari being more interesting than a rock with a smiley face painted on. This show in general is really good.
