I hope they explain more of how Marianne is Anya and how C.C. got her memory back. Seemed like they went through that part way too fast for such a major event.

Code geass was pretty good today...but I agree about animation quality. Is it really so hard to draw something properly? Hell, you can probably just copy paste it from a previous episode. >_>

I loved the scene with Suzaku talking to Lloyd, and how everyone ignored him. I will be sad (and surprised) if he doesn't snap out of it soon tho.

This episode brought interesting stuff, but it wasn't really well executed. Suzaku wanting to assassinate the emperor, and finding himself in front of him 30sec later is the kind of thing that feel rushed. Anya/Marianna/CC scene wasnt as great as it could have been too. I liked the idea behind it, just not how it was done.

And why Lelouch didn't do this from the start? He could have won the war in 1 week if he had used his Geass this way on everyone in every fight. The last part with the emperor was pretty cool...just surprising it never crossed the emperor mind that someone might blow up the door from the outside.

Also, this series seems to be setting itself up for an epic ending, with each episode being better than the last. I really hope they don't mess it up with a bad ending.

Probably because he wanted to repent with the Emperor inside that place, because of guilt or whatever else he was feeling. Besides that, it's much more dramatic.

But seriously, I think Lelouch wants to die right now. He is starting to feel remorse (was shown in the episode last week), and he is desesperate since he lost Nunally. He is locking himself to pay up for his crime..and probably to get more answer .

Yeah, and Marianne said flat out that CC sealed her own code instead of letting Charles take it and kill her. I don't see what's so confusing about it.

Marianne having a Geass that apparently lets her transfer her mind is an impressive twist. I figured a while ago that Anya was under some kind of Geass, but I never expected it to be that. Bravo Sunrise.

As to what his Geass is, I think it just causes the affected to feel a lot of fear like the desire to run away, etc. Which is what Suzaku did just now... Although I don't see that being cool/badass honestly, its like whooptie-do I can make people run away. : /

Um no.....watch it again he closed his eye for a reason which we all don't know yet(maybe we will know in the next ep) Suzaku's geass effect (to live) was telling himself to run away since he has 0% of beating the knight of one

I thought Suzaku ran because of Lelouch's geass. Actually, Suzaku even mentioned Lelouch's geass telling him to run a few seconds before.

Maybe he lost control of it, and the effect is too powerful, even when it's closed, but I'm expecting something a bit more interesting. We will see soon I guess, he is probably the next bad guy to die.
