Which is why I said the season is being rushed to a close. Every weekend a new 00 commercial airs, to try and bring the CG crowd to watch 00. I really wish they would have closed the season out 4 episodes ago and just put together a small third season to close it properly.

Yeah, Daughter of 20 Faces is really good, so is SE, but they haven't gotten to the point where I want them to be better and haven't given me a reason to complain. Thankfully.

Season was planned at 25 episodes like a year ago so it's not Gundam's fault. Besides, Gundam 00's first season was drawing double the viewership of Geass so it's not like they need to do that.

geass is just fucking retarded now if you're trying to drew some logic into it. It's like Schneizel and Kanon is the only not fucking retarded person on the side against lelouch, which makes it somewhat amazing why lelouch is failing in the first place.

Also, Mount Fuji contains 80% of the entire world's sakuradite, and lelouch decide to ignite them all...

So that either there is only a little bit of the sakuradite left in the existence, or the goddamn thing isn't half as incendiary as they had made it out to be in the first season, since ignition of that much raw material would've probably caused more damage than a fucking FLEIA warhead.

As far as I know... just 1 eye geass was already somewhat permanent till orange removed it off people, hasn't really shown what 2 eye can do... maybe it'll endup something crazy like "if in range" mental telepathy type mind control!

I don't want to argue about a mineral that doesn't exit, but it's not surprising the explosion wasn't bigger than this. If you nuke an place with uranium, it won't make a giant atomic bombs. It's probably similar to some extent

They don't need to but they are. A lot of work has gone into the production of the commercials. It makes it worse in fact that CG was planned first and yet with 00's first episode airing soon for the second season, its clear they've let CG fall to the side.

As for 00 I'm really hoping its as good as the trailers are making it. I can't wait to see what happens.

Well, you have to remember. Code Geass had a ton of commercials/trailers promoting it's second season, so it's only fair for 00 to have the same.

but the entire first season, it set the explosivity of the sakuradite, to a point where a tanker can wipe out nearly everything within the radius, and lelouch was able to threaten killing everyone in that room of the final scene by just a handful of it

Granted it could be refined I suppose, but still, unlike uranium and atomic bomb, lelouch actually ignited the damn thing for a chain reaction, so I was just a bit perplexed that how the ignition of the world's supply of what seem to be the most explosive element (in season 1 anyway) would not cause a bigger effect.

I'm not saying his plan doesn't make sense, it's just that everyone else around him was fucking retarded, and frankly if everyone is retarded, the one pulling the string would be the least retarded by default.

What I was saying is that refined sakuradite doesn't necessarily have the same effect as raw sakuradite when it explode.

I agree about everyone being stupid lately tho... Lelouch, Suzaku, and CC's plan is better be fucking amazing to save this ending.

Well, they tore apart their "get out of shitty ending through some magical global effect restoring the world" card 2 episodes ago, so the only thing I can see happening at this point is just standard sunrise's ending of killing everyone that isn't directly connected to the main characters, after of course, killing some of those main characters.

Actually, I wouldnt be surprised if there was a magical ending. They still havent explained the nature of their power, and they will have to go back in the masks room sooner or later. What else could they use for Lelouch's Zero Requiem? Sure, he still have his magical remote controller that can blow up anything, but Nunally also have one now...he needs another card.

I don't really have any idea what the Zero Requiem plan could be if it's not something that fix everything magically. Would Lelouch and Suzaku really works together to kill as many people as they to clear Euphemia's name? It sound like a retarded idea, and I don't see how it would lead to an happy ending that Suzaku, CC and Lelouch are seeking
