Lelouch got his geass from C.C. He then took Charles' code, and...?
lived on in happiness on a straw cart with C.C after a "just as planned" moment in his Zero Requiem.
Also, how's the new Soul Eater opening? I assume there was one in 26? Or no?

everything fits in perfectly with that. except for 1 thing... Why would Charles have given Lelouch his code?
Well.. Charles was rather pissed when he attacked, and he doesn't have to just click it in the back of his mind for the code to activate or transfer for all we know. He probably didn't realize what he did to be honest. Heck, I doubt Lelouch even planned that far ahead and it just worked out that way.
Lulu being able to keep his geass because he got the code from charles is a pretty big stretch, there's nothing in the show that implies anything of the sort. I think it's more likely the code just needs to activate on death, which was hinted at.
Well, not just that, but heck, as people have said, the title of the series could hint at it too. Lulu has Code and the Geass. R2 referencing his new "identity" etc. Either way we look at it, everything we come up with is pure speculation unless someone actually proves otherwise, and I doubt that'd happen. :/
I don't know how he got the code, but he has to have it. How else did Nunnally see that vision when she touched Lelouch? Because he used his code to show her the memories, C.C. did the same thing to Lelouch.
I thought the lie detector was since she was blind(kinda..), she could had heightened sensitivity to body movements/temperature ?
How exactly would you administer a lie detector test to lulu when he's not speaking? She touched other people's hands while they spoke to see if they were telling the truth, she touched lulu's and had a random vision of his memories. Big difference.
Yeah, it's totally different.
To be technical, every human are connected through the thing called "God" as we saw in episode 21. It's far from impossible that people could connect with each other without the code.
However, did she really "connect" to Lelouch? When it happened previously in this series, we saw bunch of trippy picture, but nothing of the sort appeared this time. We did see the flashback, but it could be what she figured and not "everything". It was just the symbolic scene where Lelouch handed his mask to Suzaku.
Also, Nunally could have guessed what happened easily. If Lelouch wasn't planning to die, he would have freaked out like Light when he got caught, but he was smiling. She knows Suzaku, she knows her brother, and she had a similar idea....I'm sure she can figure out their plan at this point, since it's pretty damn obvious. Hell, everyone else who know Lelouch figured it at this point, and understood his sacrifice.
I really like that explanation of the ending, definitely explains a few things I was wondering.
Time for me to move onto other anime now, too much Code Geass reading the past few days. x.x
Of course, but the only thing "you" see is Lelouch giving his mask to Suzaku. Nunally could have figured this much by herself.
If there was a long flashback showing school days, Zero, the war, i would agree with you. But seeing the "mask trading" scenes only doesn't mean much, except that she figured what happened.
I'm not saying Lelouch doesn't have the code, but we can get a logical explanation of the scene even if he doesn't have it.
When CC traded memories with people before through contact, it was accompanied by her symbol glowing, both parties freaking out and being basically paralyzed, and a neon light show for the viewers. None of these things happened when nunnaly touched lulu's hand.
Didn't they also share memories? It wasn't a one way exchange? Also they'd relive their own horrible past, I think things just finally made sense to nunally. But w/e I say he's dead.
Yes, but the viewer wouldn't know immediatly why she gasped. That way, it's pretty obvious that she understood what happened (that Suzaku was Zero, and that lelouch was planning to sacrifice himself).
CG isn't consistent in term of quality and plot twist, but I thought they were pretty consistent when it came to symbolism and foreshadowing. It's one of the reason why I loved this show so much, despite it's flaw (in both season)
We will never know for sure until Code Geass Zeta SEED 00 airs in 5 years 200 years in the future with Warlock R.R. and Witch C.C. as the main characters :D
