Well to me they are a bit big, but I guess it's because they are RAWs and haven't had any formatting done to em. I'm used to 170-200 MB downloads from DB and such. D:

RAW avi is so big due to most ppl encoding them into 120fps >.>

well, while usually fansub compress the video into 24 or 30fps to reduce the size >.>

Yeah, I realize that now, lol. I totally forgot what all the subbers do to edit it's size and what not. The first sub of 00 was 234MB. Not too bad.

If aers says kawaii Jenny is awesome (and from what I've seen, it's looks weird) then I'mma watch that and Clannad.

Even though I fully know what to expect by now from Clannad's story and characters, I love the music =/

Gundam 00 had a decent first episode. I hope the series will manage to keep a similar pace all the time...I dont want another seed/destiny.

Shana II first episode irritated me kinda. It felt like a recap episode for the most part, and I always hate those. I hope they wont waste too much time fighting useless stuff and concentrate on the main villain. On the bright side, animation looked much better than in season 1, and music is still nice.


Downloaded paprika as well. Thought it was an interesting movie. Both track played in the movie were amazing

well, i read somewhere last week all TV station had been cancelled it. I'm think it isn't banned, but just they pulled it out.

Have any one watch bamboo blade? I had only read the manga and haven't watch the anime yet. The manga is quite interesting. But i'm not sure about how it turn out after vol. 4

I lol'd when Yuji said "Shana hasn't changed." I mean, I was hoping for SOME difference in an annoying character to make it less annoying. But everyone is basically the same. Animation was good (after Gurren Lagann it has become harder to say that) but if it doesn't hold after ~5 episodes then expect a quality drop.

Paprika is great as well, music is amazing. Same guy that did Paranoia Agent (I think).

The movie came out *in theaters* a month ago... Unless you're expecting camcorded version? I wouldn't expect subs to come out until the DVD is released or it's shown on TV...

Japan's TV Tama Takes Nymphet, Higurashi off Schedule

TV Tama, one of four Japanese stations that had planned to premiere the controversial Kodomo no Jikan (Nymphet) anime this week, removed the program from its schedule. TV Tama and another station, Tokai TV, had already preempted the Higurashi no Naku Kore ni Kai mystery anime indefinitely. The Higurashi producers unsuccessfully tried to convince TV Tama that its program renounces violence in the wake of Japan's recent juvenile axe assault cases, and the Kodomo staffers said that TV Tama also cited those cases before that anime's apparent removal. (The staffers only learned of TV Tama's apparent decision from the program's removal from the station's website.)
