Any finished anime worth watching?
Liking To Aru Majutsu no Index ,looks to be interesting, like the comedy in it and it'll probably have decent/good action
(omg it even has loli's everywhere)
I watched the first episode of To Aru Majutsu no Index last night. It does seem to have an interesting combination of science and magic. I'm looking forward to see how exactly magic seems to be fit into this society when the boy hasn't even heard of magic. It must not be a very prominent thing, while everyone else seems to have some sort of technology enhanced power.
I just watched the Lucky Star OVA, was pretty good. Especially the Kagami dream sequence and the MMO gaming, lol.
Which sub did you use? There aren't many out there. D:
Ah. What's the resolution? 700x400 or the 1280x768 HD?
I'm not sure if you can find English scanlations of the mangas, but if you can, check out Toaru Kagaku no Choudenjibou which is the side story from the electricity girl's POV. I actually think that is a lot more entertaining than the main story, as much as I like them both.
The light novel all these are based on is really popular in Japan, although I haven't had the time to read it yet. It used to sell better than Haruhi's light novel before that was animated, so maybe it'll happen for this too.
ToraDora is hugely popular, I think it's #1 ranked viewer wise of the new shows if I'm reading right. The novels are pretty popular though.
Is escaflowne good y/n? Comparable to Gundam/Code Geass/Gurren Lagann in regards to the mecha. Any other good mecha animes besides Macross Frontier?
Escaflowne's decent imo, one of my RL friends is crazy about it though.
He has all the DVDs and all kinds of stuff.
I can't really say much about mecha though because besides GL, CG, Gundam00 and G Gundam I've never really been a huge fan of any of em.
Escaflowne is more a love story than mecha imo, but still worth watching.
