If it's a more recent anime, you are probably thinking of Kanokon. I haven't really looked into Macademi Wasshoi that much, but the premises are similar in all three animes listed here.

If you've seen... inukami with the episode of the "nudist with the pelvic thrust... uhh.. "laser" that guy is sort of similar to episode 5 of Macademi Wasshoi "weird guy"... very disturbing and funny at the same time.

last two episodes of clannad were pretty random I guess, but still nice. Kinda feels like the show has lost some direction and isn't going anywhere in particular. Didn't get that feeling in the first one (for obvious reasons).
