So like is anyone still watching 'Katekyoushi Hitman Reborn'? Random groups are subbing it; can't really find anyone of decent quality that's tossing time at it right now. Manga's finally getting interesting again but of course has its ups and downs.

Just wanted to mention it because they just tossed in two episodes of filler and it was actually worth watching.




Also, Akikan! is definitely looking pretty hilarious, with its extremely strange concept/premise. I'll probably be keeping an eye on that this season.

Akikan was pretty funny for a simple story. The main character being naked for the first half of the episode was interesting. >.>

Druaga was pretty good. I think I enjoyed this episode more than any in the first season. It's kinda stupid that no one would recognize what they did, but whatever, I guess not many made it back alive to tell the story (I like to think not everyone was wiped after the dragon incident, and that some of them made it back alive). That aside, the setting this time is a lot more interesting than it was in season 1, when we had next to no backstory.

Kay is a good addition so far. The fishing scene and the eye poking made me laugh. I hope she will stick around for a while. The new villains on the other hand look lame, but they might not play a big role either...we will see later I guess.

One thing I'm worried about is Jil being emo about Kaaya the whole time. I could understand in different circumstance, but with Fattina and Kelb taking care of him, it's just lame. Grow some balls and move on. Really hoping Kaaya will dies, and that Jin will end up with Fattina this time...anything else will piss me off at this point. >_>

And Coopa/Melt need to take their time before joining the party. Those 2 aren't serious enough, and character development is nearly impossible with them around, because you know they will never change.

Man, silly anime series and changing their openings every 12~26 episodes. 00's first OP this season is way better than the new one.

It's episode 14. Thirteen episodes on one opening is good enough to bring in another for the last half of the series. That way you get four openings. New ending will come out either next week or the week after I'm sure. It'll be a song by Yuna Ito, and I love her stuff.

Eh. Opening is meh for me. Probably third behind "Ash Like Snow" and UVERworld's opening. It's better than Daybreak's Bell though, mainly because I can't stand L'arc-en-ciel. I think the opening song is mediocre, but it really syncs with the video. All of their openings have done that, though. It's awesome.

Yes, I love Druaga's OP style. Sort of an AU version of their current selves and all. I'm glad they continued to do that this season. The song is catchy too, but I liked "SWINGING" from last season more. I don't mind who Jil ends up with, though. It's a shame about how things with Kaaya went. D: Fatina sure was cute though with how she treats Jil now. Seems like they grew closer over the last six months.

I liked the new OP. Song is better imo (wasnt a big fan of the old one), and the animation was nice.

Kaaya was one of my favorite character in season 1, but her betrayal in the end was stupid after all they went through... well, we still don't know her reason yet, but I'm sure they are not good if she regret it already.
Fattina was annoying when she was clinging on Jil's brother, but her character progressed a lot since then.
