Nah, it was a long story... each episode spent time to explain whats going on etc building up character etc its not like...

naruto goes fighting so and so -> ramen making contest -> 3-4 episodes fighting someone -> the history of how to make ramen dumplings -> fight scene.

HXH was like...
Finding his father -> follows clues about his father -> fights a clan that has ties to his father ->something relating to his father.

At least its all building up on the same story in some way, while bleach and naruto fillers have absolutely dam near nothing to the story and come out of nowhere.

Well Naruto/Bleach fillers are made up by Studio Perriot, so we never have the horror of anime catching up to the manga and requiring 2 years of fillers again :<
