Anime Thread. [Prob not 56k safe]

It was a good episode. The part with Henaro was better than I anticipated. This kind of development is always welcomed, especially when it's well done.

Pink haired assassin changing side isn't really surprising. Little girls always end up joining the good side in anime.


What surprised me is the captain staying behind near the end. I wonder if it's its the last time we see him, but it surprised me. I don't really know who he was, but it was sorta sad.

He's from the previous season as he was one of the ones with the Knights that were there when Jil & co. defeated Druaga. It sucks to see him stay behind.

As far as little girls joining good sides... look at Henaro. She seems to be going from "good" to "bad" as she seems like a spy, so that doesn't always work.

As far as the assassin names, I actually know their names.

The little girl who can't tell hot from cold is called Might the Fool. I know this because the role is credited to Chiwa Saito (whom you may remember as Louise in Gundam 00 and Subaru in Nanoha StrikerS) and that's definitely her voice I'm hearing.

The rest of the names are Sword of Blood, Tear of Ice, and Specula Ex Machina. You can figure out which of those matches to whom just by looking at them. For short, the official summaries in Newtype and on the official website respectively call them Might, Blood, Ice, and Specula.

Henaro isn't a "little girl". I'm talking about 10 years old or less. Anyway, I doubt she will switch side. They are probably going to make us believe she did in the future, but it won't last long.

About the "mother" thing in your last post, she call Kally "mother" because it was the first person she saw. He opened the box last season not too long before dying, and that's where the scene was taken

Nice episode of Gundam this week indeed. Lasse didn't die (fuck yeah lol), and the fight between Cherudim and Anew's MS was well done. Minor gripe would be that they show Revive and Hilling heading towards Ptolemy while 00 is still in the dock with no 0-raiser attached, then all of a sudden setsuna shows up to shoot Anew while in Trans-Am Raiser mode...wtf happened to Hilling and Revive?

Also, Ribbons seriously pulled a Lelouch with the eyes on both Louise and Anew in this episode.

The 3rd commercial for the new Fullmetal Alchemist series released with today’s episode of Gundam 00, Fullmetal Alchemist is slated to replace Gundam 00 starting April 5th, 2009.
It will be a remake of old series, not a sequel. In a sense its a restart with the storyline being actually faithful to manga this time.
