If he can do this to all of the Innovators, does that mean he can control Tieria too? Or am I forgetting about something that happened in the plot?

We haven't seen Tieria with glowing eyes this season yet, I don't think. He might've cut his connections with Veda or the Innovators or whatever in the first season. I doubt they would've been trying to recruit him so hard at the beginning of the season if they could just mind control him.

It's to my understanding that since Tieria is one of the original Innovators (like Ribbons I suppose), he can't be controlled by Ribbons like all of Ribbons' clones can.

As far as Louise goes, those pills she takes to "help" with her cell regeneration are actually pills with nanomachines in them that allow Ribbons to "control" (re: Hypnotize) her so that she'd do his bidding. Notice when he said Gundam, she sort of stiffened, and it was like someone hypnotized her. So I'm thinking "Gundam" is her trigger word, and when Ribbons wants to control her, he basically does the same thing as he does with the Innovators. I don't think he can completely control her mind though like he did Anew. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

Also, it's good to see that the real Louise is still there. Saji was right when he said that this hardened Louise wasn't the real one. She tried to wall herself off, and Ribbons basically brainwashed her with that medicine and all, I'm thinking. Hopefully Saji will be able to get through to her again, and Setsuna won't have to kill her. I hope we don't have a repeat of Anew though. D: This series has been sad enough.

All the Innovators that Ribbons can control are probably the ones he made, like what he mentioned to the Tierra clone (I don't remember many of their stupid names). I mean, if Ribbons could have controlled Tierra, why wait till now? Since Tierra hasn't displayed many Innovator qualities apart from linking with Veda. Come to think of it, doesn't Nena have Innovator qualities as well?

Yep. As I mentioned above, Tieria's probably immune to Ribbons' control because Tieria is one of the originals, sort of like how Ribbons is one of the originals. Ribbons can only control those he made; Revival, Hilling, Regene, Anew (dead), Bring (dead), and Devine (dead).

And, yeah Kaylia. You are missing something, but give it another five or so weeks (Episode 20 out of 25 just aired) and then you can watch it all in a row.

Regene said he was genetically the same as Tierra, and said they had a telepathic link or something. Which I think was the case when they first met, but it wasn't anything strong or he wouldn't need to be so close to communicate.

minorin vs ami, taiga gets hurt, ryuuji saves her but she mistakes him for kitamura and blurts out her feelings for ryuuji. personally i want a minori end

Everyone (almost) want a Minori end , but it won't happen. Not that Taiga is bad...I would probably feel the other way if he was going to end with Minori.
