Well it's staff's fault and not the series, they just didn't give a shit about the story and character development so it suffered badly. If you want to know how? they go to volume 8 of the novel in just 10 episodes, when most series have a hard time covering 3 volumes of novel content.

I actually enjoyed Kampfer for the most part but it definitely seemed rushed and I'm not sure what the fuck was up with the last episode. Is it supposed to be over now? The way it was going I thought there was going to be a 2nd season or something.

I've hated this show with every fiber of my being. Never liked the fanservice either... it's actually made me question what you would have to be to actually enjoy this show. I just don't see it.

Edit: This is coming from somebody who has no problem with fanservice. Hell, I've been periodically checking for any news about Sekirei season 2... probably one of maybe 3 shows I've done that for.
