I downloaded part1 before they put up Seitokai EP12 and it was some CG movie. I don't like CG movies so I deleted... couldn't tell you if it's good or not. "TO" isn't an abbreviation either in case you was wondering. No idea how to look up any information on it with a name like that.

Question. I'm really liking Railgun but am I doing it wrong by watching it before Index? I saw the first episode say that this was a sidestory to Index so just wondering.

From what I've read chronologically Railgun starts earlier, but eventually passes some of Index? Not sure, since I haven't gotten into Railgun yet.

So far in Railgun, there hasn't been anything that you really have to know from Index to understand something in Railgun. The main character of Index showed up a few times, but that is about it.
