Well with episode length being twice as long as a normal anime, it's a bit more like twice a month.

Also in case some of bakemonogatari watchers haven't heard full version of Renai Circulation is already ripped from DVD/BLU-RAY:

Like seriously, every dialogue and explanation is almost unbearable to go through, and the action scene is practically no existent because THEY FUCKING TALK TOO MUCH ABOUT SHIT THAT DOESNT MATTER

RailGun Ep17 A day in the life of Tessou Tsudzuri.

Another filler episode but I enjoyed it a lot, since it focused on two characters I love, Tessou and Yomikawa (they are technically, the foster parents of Last Order and Accelerator), pretty much the highlight are the random cameos of Index characters(including Index herself).

I like Onegai Teacher/Twins, Ah My Goddess, Great Teacher Onizuka and Love Hina. Are there any more series that are similiar to these? Thank you.
