Kimi ni Todoke has been really great, very enjoyable and not overdramatic like a lot of these shows are (not always bad, but it's very pleasant to have a cute, quiet little romance story).

I really enjoy NANA, but the anime only goes up to like half of the manga, and the manga is unfinished with the author "recovering from illness." It ended on a hell of a series of cliffhangers, too. I haven't heard anything in a while about it, anyone know what's up with that?

Just finished watching Toradora, and i have to say it was probably the best romance anime I've ever seen, although the ending seemed a little rushed. The music was great, and they did a good job at gradually building up the characters and how they interacted.

Anybody have recomendations about another good romance anime and or a place to read the light novels?

Toradora is a very good one so it is kind of hard to put it against other anime and expect the same. The closest is Clannad after story, and even so, its more drama. Plus to understand After Story, you should watch the harem of Clannad.

I would recommend against Kimi Ni first unless you're going to watch it over the next 2 months as the anime is not finished yet. I have what's out downloaded but I'm waiting for it to finish to start watching it all.

Edit: Nevermind, realized you don't like torrents. http://www.animecrazy.net/claymore-anime/ but they may use the megaupload shit. Part of the problem in finding good streams might lie in the fact it's been dubbed, too.

And here I was thinking that Itazura na Kiss was my guilty pleasure show. Good to see I'm not alone. It's awesome, and doesn't flow the way you think it would/should for that type of show.

only 2 reasons I can think someone dosen't like torrents...

1. its uploading (although you can basically disable that)
2. it downloads so fast, it kills every other apps bandwidth (although you can change this also!)

uploads don't bother me, its the fact that i (usually) can't find good seeds and even then it shits on my already fail bandwidth. but its mostly that i never see shit get above 10-50kb/s (older shows)

animetake is really good for continually airing stuff, their history not so much (though they have a good amount of shit on their forums you just have to look)
