I read the manga, and it's really more of the shock value on explicit humor and situation than it actually being funny

Story

Because of a certain incident, Sado Tarou had a problem with his body; he would derive pleasure when girls doing “this” and “that” on him. He won’t have a usual way of love he wants if it were like this forever. So to cure his body, so that he could confess to his love “Shihori Hime”, he went to the Voluntary Club which he heard would fulfill students wishes. He went there, only to find Isurugi Mio, a girl with her gross misunderstanding that she is a god, and Yuuno Arashiko, the detestable existence for Tarou who is the cause of his problem…

Rumors going around it'll be animated by J.C.STAFF and it'll be by the zero no tsukaima Staff. since there is no Animated pictures here some from Manga, it's Chinese source.

I had nothing to do tonight, and ended up marathoning Tokyo Magniturde 8.0 (only 11 episodes). If you're tired of shonen and harem, that series was a nice change of pace. The animation was pretty good in overall (like everything made by Bones), and the drama actually got me going a few times. People who need fast paced action or fappable characters might get bored, and people who nitpicks everything might get annoyed at certain obvious plot devices (let's go near that unstable structure, nothing bad will happen), but in overall, the con are overshadowed by the good.

Unlike most catastrophe movies released at the theater, this one actually do a good job at showing you the human perspective in a somewhat believable context. The whole story is centered around the development of the main character (a normal middle school girl), instead of the catastrophe. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary, but at the very least, it's well done and there is some nice tear-jerking scenes.

I would definitively recommend it if you enjoy good drama. In my case, it's a 10/10, but I know some of you are likely to get bored by it.

I loved Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, it was one of my favorites from last summer? I think it was. I was a very nice change of pace from the typical anime, plus it's Bones so you know that the animation is good. Highly recommened with the same caveats that Kaylia listed, if you live on shonen or loli this won't be the show for you, but if you want something different give it a try.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who enjoyed. It was on my "to watch" list since it was announced, but because no one ever mentioned anything about it....I figured it would be a letdown. I'm glad it wasn't the case, even if it wasn't perfect.

Just finished Wolf and Spice. The hype was well deserved IMO. My only problem is that it is the type of anime that could likely go on for countless seasons without any actual resolution in the area of

This is why I generally avoid open-ended series. I feel that the best Anime are the ones who have a story mapped out from start to finish and able to be contained in a single season.

Spice and wolf isn't "open-ended", it's simply not over (the novel). It wont last forever since they are traveling toward a destination, and they are getting pretty close. Sure, they could always add more city on the way (and quite frankly,I wouldn't mind), but it doesnt seem to be that type of anime.

I mean, 24 episodes isn't that huge, and we are more than halfway in afaik.

I was thinking that too, but a show like this it'd be hard to differentiate between seasons when its really just more of the same.

Spice and Wolf season 1 and 2 only covered up to the 4th novel. There is 14 novels out in Japan, but it looks like its winding down. I read the novel spoiler thread on the Animesuki forums, looks like it's getting pretty serious.
