She's talking to those 2 people that don't know her and announces herself as being some kind of 'wonder chef' and says her name is Ririan (Lilian). She just tells them that people informally call her "Ricchan" I guess it's her nickname and sort of a K-On parody lol.
Check out Seikon no Qwaser, there's plenty of boobs but not so much blood. The Qwasers suck the soma from the girls breasts to gain power and there's some fighting involved. It's just alot of fan service and it's quite funny at times.

A bloody anime would be Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, this is one crazy ass anime i'd have to say.
edit. I've been wanting to get into Mobile suit Gundam but i just don't know where i should start. Can i get a recomendation from what point it starts to get good or any recomendation in general? There's so many different variations like Mobile suit Zeta gundam, Mobile suit 00, Mobile suit gundam ZZ, Mobile suit gundam SEED that i don't know which of these will be good. Thanks in advance.
In terms of Gundam, I think it's best to start with UC (Universal Century), work your way through that, and then decide where to go. I recently watched all the UC series in Chronological (not release) order, so here's that:
Mobile Suit Gundam
0080: War in the Pocket
08th MS Team
0083: Stardust Memory
Zeta Gundam
ZZ
Char's Counterattack
F91
Victory (actually didn't watch this one.. never got around to getting a copy)
There's also Unicorn which fits into this timeline, but that's currently being released every 6 months (are they still on schedule for the next btw?). The only thing about watching it like this, since it isn't the chronological order they were released in, the styles are going to fluctuate a lot. But, imo, it's the best way to get through UC.
After that I'd recommend going with After War since it tells an alternate reality of the war (going off wiki for this since I've never actually seen it).
There's G Gundam which is a drastic shift, but has a ton of popularity because of how over the top it is.
Wing and it's movie Endless Waltz came after that. Some people like this series a lot, others like me feel it suffered too much from 'gundams are all powerful' syndrome.
There's also Turn A Gundam, which I have never seen, but I've always heard good things about it. I actually recently downloaded it, but just haven't gotten around to watching it..
After that there's Seed. Some people absolutely hate Seed, others are ok with it. I liked Seed personally. There are a lot of elements that are similar to the original series (as it's supposed to be a reboot more or less). That said, I don't know anyone who liked the sequel to Seed, Destiny. The characters weren't likable, the battles were always predictable and one-sided, and imo, is the best example of 'gundams are all powerful' syndrome. Seed was supposed to be a trilogy (or at least 2 series and a movie), but the director or someone important got sick and the third has been postponed indefinitely.
After that is 00 which is the latest. We're still waiting on the movie for that, but the two seasons of that were really good. 00 takes place in our timeline and is about a group that's trying to put an end to war. It had a lot of good characters, good action, good drama, and while the gundams were powerful, both sides relied on tactics instead of just rushing in. The second season did suffer a bit by creating a recognizable villain, sometimes forced relationships, and a few other issues, but was overall a solid series. Like I said, we're still waiting on that movie to see how it ends though.
If you're only going to watch one series, I'd recommend 00 as it's the most recent and is pretty solid, but if you wanted to start and eventually watch all of it, I'd go with that order (maybe a few changes with the alternate universes).
Do not pass up Turn A Gundam. It starts out slow but once things start rolling it becomes awesome.

Spoiler: show
Very good Animation, I am impressed by the CG the Mecha battles. The music was good and fanervice is to be expected. my anticipation is higher for this series now.
Honestly it looks good, the art is great, fanservice is always acceptable, and the animation is solid but why in the world are they fighting in mech suits with their torso/face exposed? That seems kinda silly but it certainly wouldn't keep me from watching it.
Might be better to look at it from the perspective of it being powered armor rather than mecha. Bit of a blurry line, sure, but just think of the clothes a laser beam could vaporize~
If this were real what would you watch?

That list is mostly a giant cock tease (I say mostly because I wouldn't watch some of that shit), though I dunno why anyone would think that CG idea is a good one. Would be cool to have another TTGL, can never get enough.
I would be all over SAC3 in a heart beat.
Hard to decide, but now I really want HERO OF DISTRICT ZERO to be my title suddenly
I'd be watching SAC3, the SEED reboot, SM, GL prequel, DTB3, and FFVI. It'd be so delicious..
SAC2 I actually liked better than the first because all the episodes were relevant. Didn't care for far too many of the stand alone episodes in the original. The first time I watched it, I didn't like Goda that much, but as I watched it more and more, and saw all the things he did to build up the events, he came across as a better villain.
wtb uncensored hotd ep6 O_o
Serra pretty much covered it. If you wanna watch the ones that take place in the same world/universe, it might be best to watch them in order. Or, at least read about them on wiki. Some of the really old ones, like, the first Mobile Suit Gundam and Zeta Gundam kind of sucked in my opinion, so you might find yourself wanting to skip those lol. 08th MS Team and Stardust Memory are really awesome, though.
Some of the Gundam series' that you can just jump in and start watching with almost no knowledge of the Gundam world are G Gundam, Gundam Wing, Gundam SEED, and Gundam 00. Those take place in an alternate universe, so none of them are really connected.
Watching one from some group called funiguys (since tokyotosho isn't working properly for me in any browser) from nyaatorrents
its pretty much an atx version... only things they couldn't show was like.. when 1 girl was trying to get out of the tub and the one behind grabbed her by the boobs and started massaging her chest or something... O_o
