I'm shocked. I've enjoyed everything I've seen of his. Satoshi Kon was one my favorite directors, all his works were great and thought provoking.

If no one seen his work check out Perfect Blue.

OMFG LOL. This episode ranks up there with the school trip one for me. So good. Especially when the president is going into the fight and says 'So it's like this. Even if they kill me I will not die' I died laughing.

When Kon is mentioned everyone cites PA and Perfect Blue which are both great but honestly Millennium Actress was my favorite work of his. Perfect Blue is definitely a close second. Paprika really didn't do anything for me, I was kind of disappointed that it fell so flat for me compared to PB and MA, I was hoping to see more from him but of course that's impossible now...

He will be missed by his many fans.

We are SYD!

Yeah it is, easily one of the best anime this season. I am currently watching Asobi ni Iku yo!, HSOD, Ookami, SYD and Shiki. SYD and Shiki are easily my tops, SYD is funny and Shiki is interesting and slowly getting better each week. Asobi is fan service but I don't mind it, HSOD I haven't watched since episode 3 because I read the manga and now have no motivation to watch the anime and Ookami is decent but the story is moving sort of slow but it could get good soon, who knows.

I can't wait to start watching SYD. It's hard enough resisting the urge to start when I keep finding myself saving pictures of it off /a/. It seems like the show ends right after xiv officially starts.. which is horrible timing. To choose between grinding in xiv right after release or grinding through all of SYD.. it's going to be a tough call.

I might but on both IPT and Animebyt.es I have 500GB-1TB of buffer, and as long as I don't go below 1.00 I cba to care about how high my ratio is.

I need another anime to watch. Just finished Seasons 1 and 2 of Code Geass and was left wanting moar. Looking for something similar to that, Death Note and Monster. Anything where they explain the character's thought process. Those are always interesting.
