Just marathoned Tekkaman Blade the uncut version and I have to say, besides stupid filler episodes this anime was ridiculously badass. The final episode was tugging away at my heart man, not cool.

I mean the series is just such a fucking hit and miss, and the whole sex joke felt really overused and not all that funny, but the show do have its moments that's really hilarious.

New Berserk Anime Project Launching

The wraparound jacket band on the 35th volume of Kentarou Miura's Berserk fantasy manga is announcing this month that a new anime project is launching. More information will be provided in Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine and the affiliated Young Animal Web site.

No information on that yet.

Hopefully its a full on reboot in OVA format similar to Hellsing Ultimate. If they do a regular TV show it will probably be censored into oblivion and loaded full of QUALITY. Either way it will still take them years to catch up to the current arc, and if Miura doesn't keel over or keep taking breaks for Idolmaster the manga might actually be finished by then.

Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival 2010 Happened two days ago. A lot of info was revealed from first episode of Index and Staff interview

-Index*The character* had a change in her voice to sound more appealing and less annoying from the first season(still voiced by Yuka Iguchi). This was done due the negative feedback from the fans and Polls.

From cross Promo between Index Season 2 and My Little Sister. basically they made her sound cute and moe.

-The Anime will only cover to Volume13 and J.C.STAFF having a challenge to find the best voice's for 21 new characters(If Season 3 ever happens that's another 22 new characters), Rie Kugimiya and may others will voice the Season 2 characters.

-All their Top animators are working on Index Season 2, with high hopes they will be able to break the sales set by Railgun and Shana series (Index Season 1 didn't outsell Shana's over all sales but Railgun did).

Berserk is a Manga turned Anime turned back into Manga.

It's a fairly oldish Anime that just kinda stopped in the middle of nowhere and continued in Manga form only. Similar to Claymore in that aspect, except with less closure, lol. It literally stopped mid-arc (pretty much during the climax of the arc, no less.)

I was directed to it toward the beginning of my Anime interest, and so ended up watching the dubbed version. The early episodes were downright painful in the quality of the dialog, but by the end, the show was pretty damn awesome.

It's set in a European Dark ages type world with Knights and Kingdoms and armies and stuff. It starts off mostly about fighting and politics, but after a while, weird shit starts happening the series turns pretty dark.

*actually, should have stopped at the first line. I'ts a manga, the first chapter of which was animated, with a lot of the story cut out (but still good). the manga continued, ignoring the anime.
