Panty & Stocking is being done by Crunchyroll, so nearly every sub out there is just rips of Crunchy subs. It depends on how fast you want it.

Fastest is paying Crunchyroll subscription, followed by Horrible a few hours later.
A day or so later, Underwater subs puts theirs out (I use them, because Horrible are massive, MASSIVE dicks)
If you don't mind waiting a whole week, Cruncyroll moves the (formerly) latest episode from subscriber, to public viewing.

I don't understand why ricocheting the bullets killed Pengin, that was such a lame ending for the little guy. At least we got to see his skills which were pretty neat. Houou/Emonzaemon storyline was really good, really like how that all came together so nicely.

That ending though...that was so fucked up. This princess can eat a dick.

Impersonation scenes were definitely one of the better parts of this episode. Especially enjoyed Kuroneko's impression of Kirino.

Nazi Germany was hilarious what are you talking about.

Actually... I find that I like the 'alchemy is powered by the souls of the dead on the Earth side of the gate' explanation a lot more than I do the manga way, it feels more... I don't really wanna say plausible, but... interesting? hardcore? plot-twisty definitely. It's one of the only things I liked better about the first TV series.
