I was wondering, are all the seasons of Dragonball paced the same way the original airing of DBZ was? Kai got me wanting to watch the later versions of the show since I never saw anything past DBZ and I was curious as to how potentially awful GT would be to watch now that I'm used to seeing shit actually move along quickly.

None of the DBZ seasons are paced like Kai. Kai was made to cut out ALL of the needless parts. It's really successful in the home land and clearly overseas. If they made a Kai version of GT. . . would anyone of you that already watched them, watch it again?

Toriyama wanted to end the series with Freeza arc, but the popularity of the series didn't let him do that

Oh I see, that explains why Cell and Buu felt really similar, both absorbing shit and transforming.

I don't dislike anything after Freeza though, in fact seeing Gohan mature was pretty awesome, I liked the Cell and Buu sagas. Freeza saga was what was on when I was in Elementary School and Cell/Buu was Middle School, fond memories of both.

It was projected to end at 100 episodes originally. It will probably end around 120 is my guess but there was a lot of filler in the buu fights so it may be a lot less.

This Arc deals with the ‘Stab Sword’ which supposedly can utterly destroy the Saints(such as Kanzaki Kaori) which the culprit took to Academy City during the Daihaseisai Festival(the esper free-for-all challange activites)

New characters introduced
-Oriana *Boobs* Thomson(WTF you eating to have boobs this large)
-Fukiyose *Boobs* Seiri(Same goes for you)
-Misuzu Misaka(Misaka's mother)

Pretty fun episode, didn't mind a setup episode with large amount of fanservice after last weeks battle, and they didn't cut Kuroko and Uiharu Cameos which makes me happy.

I know why they're doing it. Maybe watching PSG gave me a little hope for future anime, but it seems a show like that comes around once a decade or something.

Edit: I just know, I'd rather see FMP than some silly moeblob school show. AGAIN.
