Index Season 2 Ep 16

Pretty good conclusion. I am happy the story flowed along at a reasonable pace, thanks largely to their smart editing. although the emotional parts were lacking in substance and buildup. I suppose it’s mostly due to it skipping over quite a sizable amount of Light Novel material. Still the whole package was excellent overall, great selection of key events and great pacing.

If I have any complain it would be the animation was off but nothing too severe like previous arc.

Excellent chapter. surprised we got more character development from Accelerator and his dark past. I am happy to see Touma's badass side with his final punch.

Of course this chapter raises the question. did Touma move back up thanks to persistence, or what is sealed inside his right arm got particularly awakened(simliar to Deep Blood Incident).

Where are you getting the Ore no Imouto PSP game information/screens Ker? I am probably never going to get a PSP or play it so I'd rather just see the screens/read the story or whatever reviews there are.

..doubt it'll work because it sounds like the game needs some recent firmware or something.

Edit Update: Didn't work, the game is encrypted and must be played on an actual PSP. I am sad and information is like nowhere to be found on the internet because too many weeaboos have blogged about Ore no Imouto rendering search results largely useless.


Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica 4
This anime is going to be so good, it is just going to get more and more dark.

New girl sounds exactly like Kirino from Ore no Imouto, I think it might be the same voice actor.

Alright, watched a few episodes of a ton of shows and the conclusions I've made:

Freezing - First two episodes were boring as hell, no more for me.
Gosick - Kind of slow then kind of not, giving a few more episodes.
Dragon Crisis - I liked the first episode at least I haven't seen episodes 2 or 3 yet.
Infinite Stratos - Like it a lot, definitely going to keep watching.
Fractale - Seems interesting, only saw the first episode so far.
Kimi ni todoke S2 - Of course keeping up with this, loved the first season.
Mitsudomoe S2 - hell yeah gachi rangers
Yumekui Merry - Looked interesting, will keep watching.
Level E - Pretty awesome except it took a bit to adjust to the animation which I guess is a bit different than I'm used to or something.
Kore wa Zombie desu ka - lol awesome show, will keep watching.
Wandering Son - snooze fest, and I don't like the premise of the show very much either, dropping this one.

Still watching Star Driver and Bakuman too.

I'll be watching a lot of shows this season, I was under the impression it was going to be bad. Oh, what's the dumb looking moe show called? With the sister or whatever because I'll watch it to see if I like it.

Madoka has my top vote of the new/not continuation stuff, with Level E coming in 2nd... I think... Fractale might bump it out if it starts getting better.

Oh Rio Rainbow gate bored the hell out of me too, I watched for 5 minutes then skipped ahead a bit and then I was still bored. But 11 shows to watch this season has to be the most I've watched in one season.

According to the "chart" it says it's a continuation from the "first season"

Did Level E have more material than was in the first 3 episodes? I remember reading the manga ages ago and I thought it was finished. I don't remember more than what happened, but apparently there's more episodes? Does the anime go further or is there more material that I'm not remembering or missing?

Either way, anime is hilarious and funny.

Madoka 4 is continuing the dark, and some scarily believeable motivations and emotions. I didn't think the anime would become like this lol, especially since the first 2 episodes were pretty average.

Star Driver Ep 17

Lets see lesbians, metallic screw nipples, new transformation scene and that just to name a few. seriously one most FABULOUS episode to date.

Bakuman is such a fantastic show... I wish I didn't have to wait a week between episodes. This is why I prefer to marathon completed series so much more than watching them as they come out. Live action shows tend to be a tad bit better since most are 46-53 minutes long (depending on if they're a premier channel or not), so you get about twice as much story per episode. For a 23 minute show though... the wait gets worse the better the show is.

You know, one of the things I like about Star Driver is how it has two completely different sides to it. The story side obviously is the more important one with all the action and mystery but it comes off dry sometimes. The school side helps compliment it with its silliness and it comes off as fun, despite lacking any substance. I like how the entire cast of the Glittering Crux have two personalities, one at school and one at work. Idk, that's just something I like about it. Not so much the beach episode but I still had some laughs.

That being said, the story has finally grown and it looks to be great. I really enjoyed the new fight mechanics and the fight in episode 17. Hope it can keep up this pace until the end of the season!

Gintama is restarting soon, it just took a break. None of the long running shounen series are going to end until their manga end. Which may be never.
