Lots of my predictions confirmed. I really like how Sayaka's gem transformed into that grief seed shape and the subsequent blast just threw her body away. Really awesome and gives you that feeling that Sayaka is really just that soul gem and the body is nothing but a shell. My next prediction is that Madoka from the future will make some guest appearance eventually and either stop Madoka from making the pact or alternatively, perform the 'time reset' after she does make the pact. There are two possible routes really and given the current lineup I don't think Walpurgis can be stopped by just Homura and Kyouko. Future Madoka or current Madoka will definitely play a part as a magical girl I feel. Something everyone has skipped over without much attention is Homura called QB 'Incubator.' I think this is in reference to the grief seeds he collects in his body, and he's incubating all the 'taint' in preparation for some grand event (Walpurgis?).
Overall I'm really pleased with this series, it's easily a 10 in my book. Sayaka's last words to Madoka were pretty harsh, Madoka is not going to take it easily when she learns she's a witch. I'm assuming there's no turning back at this point for Sayaka, her body was blown away and her soul gem burst and turned into a witch's grief seed. The scenes with Homura, expressing that this was all for Madoka and confessing to Madoka it is all for her sake were well done. I really want to know Homuras motivation though because the whole callous 'save the world at any expense' motive is thrown out the window with her tear-filled confession that she just wants to protect Madoka.
