CLAMP, I.G to Collaborate on Blood-C Original Anime

The May issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine is announcing on Saturday that the anime studio Production I.G and the manga creator quartet CLAMP are collaborating on a new Blood original anime called Blood-C, which will launch this July. CLAMP is creating the story and original character designs, and Production I.G is handling the animation.

The Blood vampire anime franchise began with Hiroyuki Kitakubo and Production I.G's Blood: The Last Vampire film, in which Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the Shell, The Sky Crawlers) and Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Eden of the East) created the story and screenplay. The film inspired Jun'ichi Fujisaku's Blood+ television series, Chris Nahon's live-action film remake, and several manga spinoffs.

Dororon Enma-kun Meeramera(Animation Studio Brains Base*Durarara, Baccano etc*).
This show is going to get completely ignored from the anime community. Go Nagi's material doesn't sit well with the new generation unless they grow up watching his stuff. I'm happy we getting more remakes of his older show, now if they only would do the same for Grendizer.

Index Season 2 Ep 23 Group

With the final major arc of Index Season 2 done for, and Academy City's victory over a member of God's Right Seat, it practically send a signal to the magic side that they are now a force to be reckoned with, and if anyone else tries they will be slaughtered mercilessly. Touma and Accelerator seriously cant get a break.

So apparently Gintama has like 200+ episodes. I think I'm going to pass for now, lol.

I had the Kara no Kyoukai movies on my PC for a while though and I got around to watching the first two. I can't honestly say whether or not I'm enjoying them. Soundtrack is amazing, but the plot is kind of weird. Maybe it gets better as you watch more. /shrug

Hearing someone pass on Gintama makes me a sad panda. Yeah there's a lot of episodes but they are all 100% hilarious and worth watching. Also there is none of that '12 eps of story arc, 17 of filler' shit that other Jump series do because...well... it doesn't really HAVE a story, so you could even skip around and be ok lol. I'm going through it slowly but I put one on anytime I'm in need of something I know will make me laugh.

I think my biggest gripe is finding a torrent. I don't know. Plus its 200 epsidoes. Jesus. It took me forever to get through One Piece and I could imagine something similar for Gintama.

speaking of ecchi anime (can it even be called that anymore?) theirs Hen Zemi OVA2 out recently , OVA1 was about NTR and seems ova2 is about breasts or nipple slip.. or... something ecchi!

I feel the same about this series, or any Type-Moon animes. Kajiura was probably the reason why I sticked with it (actually, I think i still need to watch the last one that was released not too long ago)

I wouldn't have watched rakkyo if i didn't have such a boner for Maaya Sakamoto's voice.

the way the writing goes, it just goes out of its way to explain really alien concept of magic/sorcery/ability of nasuverse that you'd need to have read/played/watched his other stuff to even begin to understand and enjoy it.

I personally enjoyed it, but I used to be such a T-M whore, and there is the aforementioned Maaya Sakamoto idol worship
