Wow. talk about a series I had zero expectation. The animation was gorgeous, the atmosphere was awesome and character acted like they suppose to. considering how I felt about Iron Man and Wolverine. this was a pleasant surprise.

Still the series lacks depth and voice work sounds stiff, also laughable at times but I'm hopeful it can improve. I want Madhouse to redeem themselves with X-men

Is accelerator supposed to be some super strong Class 5 or whatever the best class was, I forgot. His name makes it sound like all he can do is run really fast, if that's his power and he's really killing all these people that's fucking lame.

The graphic half-loli makes me curious, why was Railgun shit I watched so terrible compared to how badass these posts about Index seem.

Accelerator basically controls physics. He can alter things such as velocity (which includes direction), inertia, gravity, temperature etc. He's seriously fucking cheat mode. He's supposed to be some kinda super genius, but I don't think he uses his abilities to their fullest potential- though that may be because he's a complete psycho and perhaps just prefers to get his hands bloody rather than just suffocating everyone and having their bodies implode to a single point or other nifty stuff that I believe he's capable of.

The animation is not as good as I had expected but the story looks as bizarre as anything I've seen recently. Still have high expectations for it, but there are a lotta shows that will air before the noitaminA shows. Looking forward to watching DogDays when I get home from work tomorrow. Also looking like Nichijou and Tiger & Bunny begin tomorrow, too.

If DogDays is anything like Utawarerumono, then I'm stoked. I loved that show and it was my favorite anime that I watched in 2006.

Also, I think DogDays starts today, so I'm going to keep my eyes out for it when I get back from work.

Saw it already. not a bad first episode, just nothing spectacular. very lighthearted series to it's core, which isn't a bad thing if you ask me.

I finished Kimi ni Todoke up, and thought it was just okay. It could have been cut down to a 45 min or 4 episode ova or something and not spent so much time on boring/annoying misunderstandings etc. Was nice to see the mega happy ending for almost everyone, excluding ayane :/ though i guess you can interpret her and kent however you want. I agree with the previous poster. The side characters definitely could use some more spotlight as they were one of the best parts of this show. Pin was really awesome.

Still ongoing, and the side characters are starting to be more of the focus now that Kazehaya and Sawako are together. Albeit, there's still lots of nervous, awkward loving

I keep forgetting to finish the second season, I got to a point that I thought would have been a good ending and just didn't want to keep going beyond that. >.>

I'm going to disagree with you here. If it were cut down to a 4 episode OVA or something, you'd be sacrificing a lot of Sawako's charm in the series. The whole series is about a socially-awkward girl transforming into... well... a socially-awkward girl who's able to make friends and fall in love. One of the things I liked about Kimi ni Todoke is how you see Sawako go through these hardships but stick with it until she (and Kazehaya) end up winning. If it were just a happy progressive relationships, it would be boring and uneventful; sure they end up together but through this, it's much more rewarding. Just my opinion, but I thought this was better than the first season.

DogDays is adorable. I can't believe there's a series that's more light-hearted than Ika Musume but this certainly ranks up there. The first episode had nothing spectacular but it was fun to watch and left me pretty satisfied.

Basically. Nothing redeeming about it really. I will admit I kept watching it, but it is really difficult for me to drop anime, unless they are completely unwatchable.
