If it improves I'll give it another chance.
Maria+Holic Season 2 Ep 4
Spoiler: show
never too early to make fun of your most popular work.
When I thought they wouldn't be able to top Carusso...
LMFAO that looks great, can't wait for the subs.
Started watching star driver to procrastinate doing work, which was probably a bad idea, but oh god the fabulous. I'm either going to end up slacking off on work to watch it a little bit over the next few days, or marathon it on tuesday/wednesday..
So yeah. I finished star driver. Both me and my partner did not do a bit of work on our group project and I think our third and final partner still hasn't gotten back to campus yet. I have also yet to study for my test either. I also contemplated starting madoka... fffffuuuuuu I hate how much I procrastinate.
This season has a lot of strong leads in shows, making them fun to watch. What comes to mind are Ohana from Hanasaku, Rintarou (Hououin Kyouma) from Steins;Gate, Kotetsu (Tiger) from Tiger and Bunny, and Kanako of Maria Holic. They all make the show worthwhile to watch and with their personalities and actions. I can already tell this season is the best for anime in the past few years (my opinion).
Btw, is anyone else watching Tiger and Bunny besides Kaylia and myself? It's been improving every week and is one of my favorites this season.
Can you give a quick sell on Tiger & Bunny? It wasn't one of the shows I picked to add to my MAL so it's off my radar, but I don't know anything about it.

I need an anime recommendation. Something like yakitate!! japan if it exists? I haven't watched any anime in a few years and I blame that one for being too good and making everything else look like shit.
Madoka was just as fucked up as I thought it would be. That was wonderful. I'll need to go back and watch it again sometime so I can relive the wtf.
You want something based around food? Or just comedy? Or both?
I can't really recommend food shows, but comedy there are a lot of good ones. Gintama, Great Teacher Onizuka, Hajime no Ippo has a LOT of funny bits with some action too, Detroit Metal City is surprisingly hilarious, Slam Dunk, there are a lot honestly. Here's a user ranked list if you want to just look at what a lot of people have liked in recent times.
Yakitate was like leveling up cooking. I wasn't really attracted to the funny parts as much as I enjoyed the baking contests. That shit was intense and extremely addicting.
Speaking of Yakitate and leveling up...
Spoiler: show
gg says ep. 3 of Moshidora from Frostii is causing BSOD because of a weird issue with the fonts used in the sub: http://www.ggkthx.org/2011/05/03/frozen-we-are-jealous/
For who asked about Tiger and Bunny, it's like if superheroism was turned into a national sport. These people who act as superheros (I forget if they have innate powers) are sponsored by companies and get awesome suits and compete against each other for points in rescuing people/stopping crime, etc. The personalities of the superheros themselves are really good and interesting and the animation is great. Overall I'd say it's a solid show, especially if you're into superheros, though even if you're not (like me) it can be enjoyable.
